How do I cancel?

Canceling your subscription is simple. It takes just 4 clicks. About 30 seconds.

  • Log into your account.
  • You can do so by visiting www.balancedhome.co/login
  • Within “Account” select “Make Changes”
  • Scroll to the bottom of the “Make Changes” page, you will see a button that says “Cancel”
  • Simply let us know why you are canceling and hit “Yes really, please cancel”

How do I know you are coming?

  • First, you can always pick and update your service time. You can do this simply by logging into your account.
  • Second, We send an email 3 days in advance of your scheduled service with a confirmation of your service time and a photo of your technician.
  • Lastly, we send you a text message the day before to be extra sure you know we are coming by.

How do I choose or change service times?

  • Log into your account
  • You can do so by visiting www.balancedhome.co/login
  • Within “Schedule” select “Change Time”
  • From here, you will see a list of available times for your service area.
  • Simply select the service time you prefer.

How do I update my service notes?

  • Log into your account
  • You can do so by visiting www.balancedhome.co/login
  • Within “Subscription” select “Service Notes”
  • From here, you can enter any specific notes that you would like to pass along to your technician. He sees these at time of service. Simply provide your notes and then select “Update Notes”

How do I update my payment method?

  • Log into your account
  • You can do so by visiting www.balancedhome.co/login
  • Within “Payment” select “Make Changes”
  • From here, enter your new payment method and select “Submit”
